  Dishwasher & washing machine and nice drying rack & iron provided. We were ecstatic laundry soap and dishwasher pods were provided, The staff was highly attentive and communicative. Space was clean and comfortable and location excellent.

  The location of the property is superb. It is right in the old town but also reasonably quiet.

  Location is the best to spend New Year's holidays! 5 minutes walk to Plaza de la Constitucion (which is where the main Christmas tree stands and where you would go for the New Year's night), 10 mins to Paseo Del Parque (where all the bus routes are present). So it's in the middle of city life, but far enough from crowded streets.
  
  Our flat was on the ground floor – very convenient because we had a baby stroller. The inner atrium of the house is very quite, and blackout curtains help to cut out light during the night. Everything was very clean and smelled neutral (except for under the kitchen sink). All the kitchen stuff and washing machine worked well. WiFi worked good, and the room had a SmartTV to watch your favorite streaming service.
  
  Instructions for check-in and support during the stay were above all expectations (we only needed support because we broke a lamp, though). We never had cleaning during our 8 nights stay, but we never asked for one – and it was all clean still.
