  The staff didn't meet us, they left the keys outside the apartment and didn't answer us. We were upset because we saw a huge cockroach 🪳 when we came in and another one in the bedroom. It was disgusting 🫣. We call the staff and I wrote to them but they didn't answer. It was so bad 👎
