  Great location. So close to everything. Less than 5 mins to Plaza de Merced, 5 mins to Larios, and if you use the tunnel you can be at the port in about 10 mins. Apartment very clean. Coffee making machine, Oven, Hob and Kettle. Nice bathroom with good shower and good lighting. Plenty of storage in the bedroom which was quite large. On the whole fairly quiet – a little noise occasionally as people were returning home but nothing to object to. Ideal apartment for 2 people. It does take up to 4 people I think with sofa bed but unless it was for only 1 night I don't think it would be great. The apartment is on the ground floor and whilst there is no sitting out area it was a nice place to stay. I have mentioned below some items that I think would have been useful to have in the apartment but that did not detract from our stay. It was a really nice place and I would be more than happy to stay there again.

  Die Schlüsselübergabe und die Einweisung verliefen sehr gut. Unser Gastgeber hat uns mit jeder Menge Tipps versorgt und spätere Fragen wurden sehr rasch beantwortet. Das Appartement lag im Erdgeschoss zum Innenhof ausgerichtet. Es war daher ruhig und angenehm. Die Küche war mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Ein Parkhaus lag ein paar Minuten entfernt und die Lage im Zentrum ist perfekt.

  Домакина Карл беше любезен и отзивчив. Имахме подарък бутилка вино и минерална вода за посрещането. При необходимост Карл реагира много бързо. Апартамента е на отлично място. Чист е и приветлив, обзаведен стилно. Имаше доста удобства и дори основни консумативи. Бойлера осигурява постоянно топла вода, достатъчно за едно семейство.
