  El Palo is a very nice less touristy area. The apartment is close to the beach as well as many local restaurants and stores. Clean and more spacious than ~most~ budget friendly options I’ve been to. Building is safe and relatively quiet.

  The location was perfect, communication before and during the stay was excellent. The apartment was clean, well fitted out with everything we needed for a self catering stay. Would definitely stay again.

  Place as shown in the pictures. Good location near shops, bars and restaurants. Short walk to the beach. Ideal to have washing machine and nice to have a supply of washing detergent and washing up liquid. Safe, secure grounds and nice use of roof top pools.

  Very good location near the beach,, and the studio was beautifully furnished and equipped.

  The apartment was serviced, with all the soap that you may need, clean and near the beach.
  The swimming pool and the terrace is at the 4th floor, but in April the swimming pool is not usable and there is no Wifi.

  Estefania is a very good host, she has waited for us in front of the apartment when our flight got delayed and answered the messages very quickly. The A/C was broken the day we arrived but she has let it fix one day later, for what we are eternally grateful. Also, she immediately went down and bought us a new set of tea spoons, when we saw there were none.
  
  The apartment looks exactly like on the photos, clean and beautifully designed. It has everything for a longer stay, from dishwasher and laundry machine to vacuum and cloth iron, and even bath and beach towels. The location is also very good, quiet but central in a small street with different stores (supermarket, food market, fruits, fish, literally everything) and proximity to tasty fish restaurants on the beach.
  It features also two pools, which are heated but are pretty small.
  
  It's very close (3 minutes walking) to the El Palo beach with an open-air gym and playground for kids, and the same distance to the bus stop.
  
  We can highly recommend a stay at this studio.

  Wonderful place. Well equipped kitchen for cooking at home. Very easy to get to the city centre by bus (you don’t even need to buy ticket and can just tap in the bus with your card)
  Good location. Everything you need is nearby — sea, restaurants, bus stop, supermarkets, fruit stores, clothes and cosmetics shops. Really comfortable to travel with a small backpack and buy all you need at the place.
