  We loved our stay at this apartment and will definitely come back to the same neighbourhood as there are lots of other properties for rent there. The apartment was great, very clean, amazing equipment in the kitchen to cook your meals, washing/drying machine, dishwasher, hair dryer, hoover and mop to clean around during your stay. The pool was great and always very quiet so we could use sun lounges. In pool area there is plenty of grass to put a blanket down if no sun lounges available. Higueron residential is very quiet so perfect for nice and chilled holiday far away from parties and laud crowds.

  L'appartement est spacieux très bien équipé. La piscine est bien surveillé. Résidence très calme. Place au parking. Ascenseur. Facilité pour récupérer et déposer les clés.

  Ein modernes neu errichtetes Apartement in einem derzeit entstehenden Wohngebiet (derzeit entstehen viele Gebäude drum herum) oberhalb von Fuengirola.
  Mit dem Auto sehr gut zu erreichen, dank Autobahnanbindung.
  Das Apartement ist groß und modern eingerichet.
  2 Große Bäder, 3 Schlafzimmer, eine große Wohnküche und eine sehr große Terrasse mit Gasgrill und Poolblick. Dazu gehören 2 Tiefgaragenstellplätze.
  Die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr gut.
