Loft en primera linea del paseo marítimo Overview
First Impressions
Walking up to Loft en primera linea del paseo marítimo, you immediately understand why couples rave about this place. The building sits right on Paseo Marítimo Pablo Ruiz Picasso — and I mean literally right on it — so you’re basically living on Málaga’s main waterfront promenade. It’s one of those spots where you can roll out of bed and be at the beach in about thirty seconds, which honestly never gets old.
The Location Magic
This four-star property has nailed the location game completely. You’re in the Este district, which puts you close enough to the historic center but far enough to avoid the tourist chaos. The promenade stretches for miles in both directions, perfect for morning runs or evening strolls when the locals come out. What I really appreciate is how you can walk to Malagueta Beach without crossing a single street — the sand is literally across the walkway. Plus, you’ve got easy access to the port area and all those waterfront restaurants that locals actually frequent.
The Space Itself
The loft-style apartment feels surprisingly spacious, with those high ceilings that make everything feel airy and open. The kitchen is actually functional — not just a tiny corner with a mini-fridge like some places try to pass off. You can tell they’ve put thought into the layout because everything flows naturally from the living area to the sleeping space. The windows face the sea, obviously, and you get those Mediterranean light patterns dancing across the walls throughout the day.
Daily Life Here
Mornings are pretty spectacular when you can grab coffee and step directly onto the promenade. The whole waterfront comes alive early with joggers, dog walkers, and people heading to work along the coast. There’s something about having the Mediterranean as your front yard that changes how you experience a city. You’ll find yourself taking longer routes just to stay by the water, and honestly, the sunset views from this stretch are some of the best in Málaga. The promenade connects you to everything — the port, the beach clubs, even the bike paths that run along the coast.
Why Guests Love It
That 9.4 rating from couples makes perfect sense once you’ve stayed here. There’s something romantic about falling asleep to the sound of waves and waking up to that endless blue view. The combination of space, location, and that direct beach access creates this perfect little bubble where you feel like you’re living in Málaga rather than just visiting. You know what really seals the deal? You can walk to dinner along the water, grab groceries from the neighborhood markets, and still feel like you’re on vacation every single day. It’s that rare place where the location actually lives up to the hype — and trust me, in a city like Málaga where everyone claims to have the best spot, that’s saying something.

Javi was an excellent, attentive host. After a delay in our arrival, Javi left instructions on how to enter the property, had left the air-conditioning on, as it was a hot day and messaged later to check we were ok and had everything we needed. The accommodation was clean, tidy, and comfortable and in an excellent location, directly across from the beach, nearby amenities, and a nice stroll into town.

Spent a fantastic week away with my son. Location is ideal with easy access to Malaga with a choice of buses or a pleasurable walk. A nice walk or bus to Pedregalejo and El Palo. Just across the road from the beach. The apartment has everything ( and more ) that you need. The host Javi met us at the property and was very helpful.
Would definitely love to return and would highly recommend it.Adele from United Kingdom (9/10)
