  I liked the location of the property a lot. It was a 10-minute walk to the beautiful old town and 2 minutes to a Dia supermarket that had pretty much everything you'd want.
  
  The air conditioning worked fine, it's only in the lounge, not in the bedroom, however. That wasn't a problem for me in November, but perhaps it would be a problem in July.
  
  The kitchen is pretty good, but it doesn't have an oven, which limited, quite considerably, what I could cook.
  
  The apartment is on the third floor, but there was a fast elevator. The place felt safe. There are two gates before you get into the apartment.
  
  I found the outside entry gate difficult to operate to begin with, until I figured out you need to press the head of the key down in the lock as you turn it.
  
  The walls of the apartments were quite thin, I could hear children making quite a lot of noise next door, there was a dog barking as well, so it wasn't great from that perspective. But after 22:00, everyone seemed to become quiet.
  
  Although the apartment itself is non-smoking, the woman next door seemed to be a smoker who had a cigarette in the morning and evening and the smell pervaded the apartment. I have a feeling that it was something like the air vent in the bathroom was connected to her air vent and so she was smoking maybe in her bathroom and the smoke was coming straight through and it really stank.
  
  The washing machine worked fine but there isn't any outside space, and the property only gets direct sunlight briefly in the morning.

  Overall fine about the property. The hosts was available on the phone whenever you needed them. The property is in centre with many good restaurants , take away, Dia supermarket is very handy. Bus stop is very close by it takes 10min to the beach and walkable distance to the town centre.
