  The roof top terrace and the relatively close distance to the inner city. Also the existence of the dish washer and washing machine was helpful in order to travel with light luggage. The bathroom is in a well kept shape. Also the high data rate internet access is in combination w/ an existing high resolution smart TV very valuable.

  Perfect location in old town. Everything is in walking distance. Fiber optic internet is working great (good bandwidth and wi-fi working on the terrace exceptionally also). Well equipoed and clean apartment. Highly recommend. Taxi stand is nearby "Parada de taxis Cruz del Molinillo" (100m distance) which I found very useful, without a need to call a cab etc.

  The host sent us the photos of the door and the code, which is very handy. The apartment is rather spacious with several rooms. We had a master bedroom and kids' bedroom available, living room and kitchen. Location is less than 10 min walk to the center attaractions.
