  . Apartment is large and equipped with all the household utensils. Washing machine. Fridge freezer, dishwasher.

  The apartment is located in a recently built condominium, has an extraordinary location, in the heart of the historic centre but close to the sea. Everything is within walking distance. Leaving the condominium you are in front of the cathedral of Malaga (although the windows of the apartment overlook a side street). The interior spaces are large, there are two bathrooms, fitted wardrobes and a walk-in closet in the master bedroom. The air conditioning is centralised therefore present in every room. The kitchen is large, with induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine and numerous other appliances (microwave, toaster, coffee machine, etc.).

  Die Lage in der Innenstadt war optimal für Besichtigungen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und öffentlich sehr gut erreichbar. Lokale und Geschäfte waren in unmittelbarer Umgebung.
