  Palacio Vegafuente is a hidden gem nestled in the heart of Malaga. This beautifully restored Andalusian mansion offered us a truly unforgettable experience, this being our second stay. From the moment you step through the grand doors, you're transported to a bygone era. The interior is a stunning blend of modern comfort and historical charm. The rooms are spacious, impeccably decorated, and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The attention to detail is evident in every corner, from the pristine furnishings to the luxurious linens.
  
  One of the highlights of our stay was the location. Palacio Vegafuente is situated in the historic centre of Málaga, within walking distance of the city's top attractions. We loved exploring the narrow streets, the Old Town, visiting the Alcazaba fortress, Teatro Romano, the multitude of museums including Museo Picasso Málaga and Museo Carmen Thyssen Málaga, the various Miradores, the bustling seaport, beaches, and enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of the city.

  I must say, I have never came across such a professional service. Although we had a few issues, including broken heating, leaking roof and elevator out of service, they were all addressed immediately. The apartment was crystal clear and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Everything you need including shops, restaurants and bars was within max 10 min walk. The big plus was also an early check in, which was a real blessing after an early morning flight with a small baby. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. I would definitely stay here again while in Malaga.
