    We chose this apartment because we wanted a quiet location near Malaga. This apartment met that requirement perfectly. The area was very peaceful. It was close to the beach and it was possible to walk along the sea shore into the centre of Malaga in just over an hour. However, there is also an excellent bus service that we also used. Close to the apartment there are several cafes and an excellent supermarket.

    The apartment itself is on the 3rd floor and a lift is available. It is a very spacious apartment, with 3 bedrooms, a sun room and a living area. The kitchen and adjoining utility area are well equipped with an oven, microwave and washing machine.

    We stayed in the apartment in December. It was fairly cool in the evenings. However, the apartment was cosy and warm with very good heaters in each room.

    We would recommend this apartment and hope to stay there again

    The Piso is big we liked the separate laundry and the sun room. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Bathrooms are very good. Also we liked El palo it's different from Malaga an old fishing village a funky not too crowded except Sunday.

    Everything!
    – location – not in the center, but at the end of 2 bus lines which take you right into the center;
    – car parking – either underground parking or free parking on the street by the building or somewhere around the block/park (did not have any problems with parking);
    – apartment – kitchen with everything you could need and even more. Three separate bedrooms. Two separate toilets with shower. One living room.
    – few minute walk down to the beach;
    – few minute walk to a supermarket;
    – Great host!

    Het was een prima ruim appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien, 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers, grote keuken. Het appartement was zeer schoon en ook voorzien een wasmachine. Het appartement is er leuk gelegen in El Palo, 2 straten van het strand af, met heerlijke (vis)restaurantjes. Supermarktjes op loopafstand. Het centrum van Malaga hebben wij vaak bezocht met Bolt & Uber, met lage tarieven. De eigenaresse Yolanda is zeer vriendelijk en goed te bereiken per whatsapp voor eventuele vragen. Zeker een aanrader.

    Die Lage ist großartig und das Apartment ist sehr geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet (außer Geschirrspüler). In der Küche gab es Öl, Essig, Salz, Nudeln und vieles mehr, und im Kühlschrank warteten leckerer Jamón und ein Wasser auf uns. Waschmittel, Weichspüler, Duschgel, Shampoo etc. waren genauso vorhanden.
    Es gibt in allen drei Schlafzimmern und im Wohnzimmer eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage.
    Die Tiefgarage ist sehr praktisch.
    Die kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe und dazu notwendige Kommunikation war sehr gut.
