  The building and apartment was newly built and we had self chec-in. Location was excellent, supermarkets, restaurants, beach were within 5-10 minutes. The metro/underground station was next to the apartment so it was 15 minutes from city center. Apartment was well equipped with kitchen tools, didn't get hot, and AC was working well.

  Near is metro, groceries shop, about 700m to the beach, quite calm place.
  Washing machine for us as a family was also very convienent.
  Free parking for the car.

  It's a very good appartment especially for the price we paid. The host was very very friendly and helpfull. The balcony was really nice to have. We really enjoyed our stay and you're really close to the metro that costs only 0.33 cents so avoid taking the bus! In 15 minutes you are in the centrum with the metro. It was also a 5 minute walk to Lidl and mercadona where we went grocery shopping.
