  Obiekt położony w dogodnym miejscu – przy spokojniejszej ulicy, a równocześnie w centrum miasta. Wielkość apartamentu jest optymalna dla 2 osób. Łazienka jest niewielka, ale spełnia swoją funkcję. Na wyposażeniu było wszystko to co wypisane w ofercie – m.in. żelazko, suszarka do włosów, ekspres do kawy na kapsułki. Pobyt w styczniu – było na tyle ciepło, że nie było konieczności dogrzewania klimatyzacją. Do przykrycia była kołdra (co nie jest oczywiste w tej części Europy). Bezproblemowe zameldowanie i wymeldowanie – przez aplikację lub kod do zamka.
