  The apartment met out expectations. Cozy, new, clean.
  Windows are to the internal garden, so the apartment is super quiet. This of course causes the lack of light inside but for us we valued more quietness than light:)
  Location is perfect. Close to train stop, main sightseeings and beach. Everything is reachable on foot.
  Apartment is Comfortable for a long stay. Recommended!

  You won't find a better location! we spent 11 days, it is quiet and very convenient, you can quickly get to museums, flamenco theater, old farmer's market (3 min) and also to the bus stop (we chose a very nice beach, there are coves and the waves are not so high, bus 8 or 11 from the Alameda Principal stop to the Avda Juan Sebastian Elcano – Las Acacias stop).
  
  This apartment is new, have everything you need, a lot of dishes, an air conditioning system, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and when we needed a hair dryer, the agency immediately delivered it to us. Also, the Agency answers all your questions very quickly.

  Zeer ruim appartement, mooi ingericht, zeer goede locatie in het centrum, auto vlakbij te parkeren in de parkeergarage. We waren met een scootmobiel en het appartement was zeer goed bereikbaar, met een ruime lift naar de 1e verdieping.
