Here’s what I love about the location on Cuba street — you’re right in Málaga Centro, which means you can actually walk to the good stuff. I mean, you’re talking about a five-minute stroll to the Cathedral and maybe ten minutes to reach the Picasso Museum. The Alameda Principal is practically around the corner, and that’s where you’ll find yourself wandering in the evenings when the locals come out. You know what’s really handy? The train station is close enough that you don’t need a taxi, but far enough that you’re not dealing with constant noise.

The Room Experience

The room I stayed in was exactly what you’d expect from a well-run three-star — clean lines, decent space, and everything actually worked properly. The bed was comfortable enough that I didn’t wake up feeling like I’d been wrestling with it all night, and the air conditioning (crucial in Málaga summers) was quiet and effective. What surprised me was the attention to small details — good lighting for reading, enough outlets where you actually need them, and a bathroom that felt modern without being cramped.

Breakfast & Dining

The breakfast setup here is honestly better than some four-star places I’ve stayed at. They do a proper continental spread with local touches — fresh bread, decent coffee (not that watery hotel stuff), and they actually accommodate dietary restrictions well with gluten-free options. I appreciated that they offer breakfast to go if you’re heading out early for day trips. There’s no full restaurant on-site, but honestly, you’re in the heart of Málaga Centro — some of the city’s best tapas bars are literally a two-minute walk away. The location truly makes dining convenient.

This place has figured out something important — couples really seem to connect with the vibe here, and I can see why. It’s intimate without being tiny, central without being chaotic, and there’s something about the whole experience that feels more personal than corporate. The 8.3 rating makes sense when you consider that they’re not trying to wow you with flashy amenities, just deliver consistently on the things that actually matter. You’ll sleep well, start your day properly fed, and step out into one of Spain’s most walkable city centers. Sometimes that’s exactly what a good hotel should be.

  We especially liked the breakfast. It had all the basics we look for in a hotel breakfast: bacon and eggs, bread rolls with dried pork and other toppings, yogurt and various fruits and nuts etc., croissants with Nutella and other pastries to try out. And of course a coffee machine! We had a big meal in the morning so we could go exploring for a long while before needing to stop for food.
  
  When it rained, the hotel had umbrellas we could borrow.

  Friendly guy on reception when I arrived. Explained everything including how to get into the centre, how much buses cost, etc.

  The style of this hotel reminds me to Eurostar, clean room, comfortable bed and nice bath.
  Location is a little bit far from center, but there is bus station just cross the building.
  Super nice and friendly worker added the points to it.

  A very large clean room, and comfortable bed. Similarly large clean bathroom equipped with bidet, bath with shower over, toilet, large sink. Hairdryer. I had booked for 2 people, but in the end I was alone, so plenty of towels, and sufficient coat hangers. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful, particularly the lady who serviced my room.
